Thankfully, Adobe later on restored the “Oil Paint” filter in Photoshop CC, probably based on community feedback. Is there something I have to download separately. I'm working with CS5 of adobe photoshop on my mac, and I don't see the oil painting filter as an option. I need an alternate tool to get oil painting effect on. Oil Paint Plugin For Photoshop I found my Adobe Photoshop CS5 is missing Oil Paint filter plugin due to GPU unavailable on my machine. Is there something I have to download separately as a plug-in for it? If so, where can I get it.
